Pub that has brewed its own beer 'Spingo' since 1600's at least! A trip to Helston is not complete without visiting this pub.

Famous for Spingo - a highly intoxicating strong ale brewed on the premises - The Blue Anchor is a historic Pub in the centre of Helston. If you can visit it on Flora Day in May you will see the whole town dressed for the processional dance that takes place every year on 8th May.
