It is not a tourist spot, but is an interesting space to know, because it is more democratic cultural center of the city, where many people enjoying the space to study, practice games and doing dance and theater rehearsals. There is always a varied program of cult films, exhibition, theater and concerts.

Free (or cheap) exhibitions, plays, library, shows, cafe. A bit rundown as it is run by the City Hall. Visit only if there is time left and nowhere else to go.
