The mosque is referred to by Constanța's Islamic community as the King's Mosque Despite the fact that the Mosque of Constanta is a religious place, the tower of the Mosque is great for the best view over the port and the peninsula area.

The mosque is located in Ovidiu square in the old town. From its peak you will have a nice view over the old city and Tomis harbor.
