Great communication very nice neighborhood house was clean and smelled great beds were soft and of all the location is close to everything 👍

The house it beautiful on the outside and has the perfect amount of space however it’s not properly cleaned and the photos are misleading
The guest bathroom looks nothing like the picture provided and was disgusting stains in the tub on the towels on the doors as well one was missing a sink .The kitchen appliances didn’t work. The stove will cut off during cooking. I was also met with roaches. The sofa was visually stained my bedding that I provided I used to sit on the sofa
Walls and floorboards was dirty also dining room chairs

Hernan was an amazing host, very responsive when needed. The airbnb was a perfect distance to Hard Rock Stadium, but in a much nicer and safer area than the area surrounding hard rock. Neighborhood was peaceful, neighbors were nice. Overall, the house was gorgeous. There were some flaws but easily EASILY overlooked. House was beautiful, furnished. Overall, amazing stay and next time I have an event at hard rock, I’ll be back to stay with Hernan!
