Brook was a thoughtful and creative host! She has great taste in arts, and what a great place she and her fiancé has! I enjoyed getting to know them :)

Brooke was quick to respond and accommodate me in a pinch. Her place was adorable, VERY quiet, but also a 1-minute walk (literally) to all of Rose St's best restaurants, and eight minutes to the beach. Great stay.

This was a lovely place to stay. It was a great location near great restaurants/bars on Rose Avenue, walking distance to Whole Foods, and close to Abbot Kinney, Main Street Santa Monica, and the beach. Lots to see and do. The place itself was very nicely decorated and got plenty of light. Brooke was an extremely friendly and gracious host--she even offered the use of her bike!

Brooke has a really great vibe - her communication was great, and she is obviously a very sweet, friendly person! Her home is furnished to my taste, which is partly why I booked it :)
I found the house to be a little dark (not much sunlight), but it was a great space, comfortable bed etc.
Tip: if you shower with the door open, the fire alarm will go off - fan it to cool it down, or shut the bathroom door! Friendly neighbour will spring out of bed to help you otherwise :)
The location was brilliant, some great cafes etc on the corner of the street, and a Whole Foods in short walking distance. I would stay here again for sure.
