This place is just GREAT! It has a very comfy and cozy vibe, it is near some great places and it had everything we needed! Liz is very friendly and responsive, amazing host! Only thing of note is it gets a bit cold in the winter and the step to get in to the home is pretty steep, careful when icy out. We had a great time and would stay again!

Communication with Liz was excellent, and the apartment was as described. Her kitchen was wonderfully equipped so we made several meals there. It’s easy to get into Providence from there, and the on street parking was fine. Finally, her home is filled with intriguing artwork and lots of greenery. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Liz's house. It was a very central place for us to stay while touring Rhode Island. It is just outside of the city of Providence, yet close enough to take in city attractions. Also we found it very easy to communicate with Liz if we had any needs. Something to consider about the house is that there is only street parking. Several times the street in front of the house was parked full and we had to park down the street a bit. Also the floors did not seem very clean when we arrived. Otherwise though, the house was very comfortable and we always enjoyed coming back to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Such a lovely place with lots of personality. My teenage daughters also loved the room. Bed is extremely comfy, lots of natural light. Although we had a few days of over 85 degree, the room was pleasant with fans in every room and we didn’t need to turn on AC much. Check out Liz’s recommended places in the neighborhood!
