We absolutely loved this class. It was a ton of food and information and we learned (and ATE!), a lot! Katie is so friendly and makes everything very informal and accessible. She answers questions and makes great conversation and really makes you feel at home in her lovely kitchen. We want to make all the recipes again at home and I’m sure we’ll be able to after her instruction!

Katia is a wonderful motivator who knows how to make cooking interesting and fun. She is a real treasure trove of knowledge. With her warmth, she inspires and involves every participant in the collaboration. In her loving presence, you get excited for preparing delicious dishes. So glad and thankful that I attended!

Katia was an amazing host for this cooking class. She has experience with many different people so she always has a story to tell. We learned a lot about the simplicity of the Tuscany dishes we made and will be including what we learned in our daily lives.
