Highly recommended. Enjoyed learning a motherlode of informative wellness essentials including breathing techniques and cold therapy while taking a (quick and frigid ) swim at a gorgeous local beach. This experience is a treat for the body and the mind.

Wonderful and relaxing experience!

We had a great experience with Andri. I recently got into breathing and cold but the rest of the family did not. They still enjoyed the information, asked questions, and were very comfortable around Andri. Most of the family even went into the water. Andri is very knowledgeable and it made for a unique experience. My son even had a cold shower the next day.

Andri’s breathe-work class was excellent. He made sure I felt comfortable and was very attentive. He shared a lot of knowledge about six count breathing. He has mats, eye masks, and pillows set up for you. You also have a headset on to guide you through breathing. I’m glad I scheduled this on my second day because it helped me stay present throughout my whole trip. There were three other men in the class with me who were really cool. I felt inspired and embraced the strong masculine energy surrounding the room. :)

I will definitely take his class again when I come back.
