Ik verbleef hier 8 nachten en het beviel mij goed. zelfs af en toe op het balcon tussen de druiven die heerlijk waren al zat er een laag nicotine op vande rokende politie in de straat. afijn dat is als je achter het parlement een kamer hebt gehuurd. Moest even wennen om het voorportaal met de buren over te steken maar heb deze niet gezien en zij mij niet in mijn ondergoed . Ligging is perfect alles is te belopen heb geen metro gebruikt. Goede communicatie met Eka. Kon mijn deur niet afsluiten maar dat was snel gemaakt. Ook een pannetje om een eitje te bakken kreeg ik omdat ik deze niet kon vinden die wel in de oven stonden . Zoals ik in de recensies las zou een magnetron een handige prioriteit zijn in de keuken . Leuke tijd gehad hier in deze buurt. Zeker aan tebevelen .

Stayed here for two weeks. This is a lovely old flat in the city's historical centre. Very spacious, with high ceiling, wooden floors and antique furniture. The comfortable balcony is covered in grape vines and opens a view to the Parliament and other beautiful buildings. Large kitchen with everything you need and a big dining table.

I did not meet with Eka, the host, but she was super friendly and responsive in texts.

The location is convenient - you can reach all the restaurants and the main city points of interest pretty easily from here. The protesters next to the Parliament may be loud until late night, but they are peaceful :)

Overall, I enjoyed the stay very much. If you like old houses and staying in the city centre - go for it.

I'm so glad I chose Eka's apartment. Day or night, I could easily go for a great walk to see the sights of Tbilisi or find a good restaurant—everything is truly close by.

I felt very cozy in the apartment itself, and I think it's a great choice if you're traveling alone or as a couple. The balcony is wonderful, covered in living grapevines. It's positioned so perfectly that direct sunlight doesn't hit it often, giving you plenty of time throughout the day to enjoy a cup of tea or something a little stronger. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you could easily cook every day, but I went out to so many restaurants that I only used it once during my week-long stay.

Eka is a very thoughtful, polite, and welcoming host who was always ready to answer my questions. Her advice was insightful and helpful. My stay in her apartment was truly comfortable, and there's a good chance that the next time I visit Tbilisi, the first thing I'll check is if Eka's apartment is available.
