Joanne was excellent since the first message I sent her! She is really polite, sweet, very very helpful and was very honest in her answers to my many many questions! (Thank you again for your patience Joanne!) it was my first time renting here through this webiste. The apartment was just as described, nice with comfy beds, kitchen with many utensils, nice shower, the area is really quiet, close to many shops and less than a 5 min walk from the metro station. It was definitely way better (and cheaper) than staying at a hotel. We stayed there for a week. Joanne was flexible about check-in and check-out times, left a map of the area, numbers to call, bus numbers to take and was really friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this place!

The apartment is very nice, as described. The position is very good, only five minutes walking far from the tube station. A very big supermarket is at five minutes as wall, otherwise a lot of small and very nice little shops are just around the corner. I didn't meet Joanna, but his houseband Evan is very nice and at your disposal for any doubt and suggestion. I vividly recommend to stay at their place!
