We had an amazing stay at Sandy’s guesthouse in Austin! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was even nice enough to provide a pack’n’play and bath toys for our 7 month old. The space had a warm, welcoming feel and was stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location quiet and relaxing. Sandy was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Austin.

Great little casita, with tons of little thoughtful touches inside. Very comfortable, loved the little private pool, and Sandy is a wonderful communicative, attentive host.
