We were so happy with the block printing afternoon we spent with Magda. She was very informative and taught us how to choose and use the blocks and then was helpful in encouraging us us to decide what colours and pattern to put on the table runner canvas that we took home with us. We were delighted with both our runners and would highly recommend this course which we thought was very good value.

I spent a magical afternoon with Magda in her lovely studio. I learned so much about block printing and Magda’s artistic journey and enjoyed myself thoroughly!! I highly recommend the workshop and thank her for her kind and generous spirit and energy during this creative process. Can’t wait to bring my sister next time!

Magda, war besonders gut vorbereitet. Mit 4 Personen haben wir einen ausgesprochen schönen und teilweise lustigen Kurs absolviert. Magda wusste viel über die Technik und Geschichte zu erzählen und hat sowohl auf englisch als auch französisch erklärt. Es war sehr kurzweilig u. trotzdem hat jeder ein individuelles Werkstück mit nach Hause genommen .

This was a wonderful experience taught by a caring teacher who is open to all kinds of people and their different styles of art making. She is gentle, encouraging, knowledgeable, and helps to meld the people who take the class into a positive, supportive group who push each other to be more creative. This class was a rare chance for me to learn a beautiful art form that comes from Provence and a chance to learn a skill that I can use in the future. And in addition, I felt that our teacher gave us a framework for grounding ourselves emotionally to enter into the mindset that would help us bring be most open and free in exploring our artistic potential. Highly recommended!.
