Absolutely loved Keepers Cottage. My folks are talking about setting up an annual or bi-annual trip, considering the location was near our other family in England, and the countryside is gorgeous.
The only hiccup we had was feeling that the stairs leading to the second level were a bit dangerous. We had one person fall (they’re perfectly okay, just a bruise on the fall), so we reached out to Tobias and he was responsive. The fear would be if someone was alone or older in the cottage, they could’ve seriously injured themselves.
Otherwise, it’s really a beautiful, quaint cottage. We loved it and felt like it was exactly what we had hoped for!

We stayed here before and after running York marathon and what an amazing stay!

The village is stunning with a lovely pub a minutes walk away. The accommodation itself was homely, and has everything you need.

The bathroom was lovely and perfect to unwind with a hot bath after the race!

There are some lovely walks close by, and the space is extremely private and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
