our second forage with Daniel and it was just as interesting and we appreciated his nose for lobster mushrooms and chanterelles! what a feast and loved the learning

Dan was a wonderful host and taught us so much about mushrooms and foraging safety.

Highly recommend! Our group has not stopped talked about how this was the highlight of our trip. Dan was both thoughtful and accommodating in his communication from the beginning; letting us know what we needed to prepare for our experience as well as providing updates on what we should expect based on current conditions. We learned a ton and had a lot of fun too! And, even better, Dan provides lots of recommendations for resources for us to continue to clam on our own.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in this autumn. It was super fun to do the mushroom foraging in the forests with Dan. He is very knowledgeable in mushroom and both my bf and I learnt a lot. He is also thoughtful during the whole experience, getting everything prepared for us. We got good luck with finding a lot of lobster mushrooms and they taste really good either by simple sauté or in pasta.
