Simon was a very attentive and responsive host! I would get responses to my questions very quickly. The listing was much quieter than expected for being in a busy part of Philly. The apartment was also fairly clean. The only wrinkle was that the bathroom floor felt a little bit gritty for some reason? Otherwise, everything else was spick and span. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Philly!

I loved my stay in these lofts! It was very clean and peaceful. The host was proactive and responsive, proving clear instructions for check-in and check-out which made the process extremely easy. All amenities needed, were provided and if I had any questions, the host was prompt with a response. I would 100% stay here again when returning to the area!

The accommodations were exactly what was described and exactly fit our needs. It was conveniently located and the few eclectic spots around the listing were surprisingly awesome. Taco joint, Chinese Mexican & cafe all were top notch.
