We really enjoyed learning more about the process involved with making chocolate —starting with the cocoa tree.

Marta is very knowledgeable and it is a delight to see their commitment to working with the local farmers to produce an excellent chocolate. I was also very impressed with their unique chocolate offerings. 10/10 …highly recommend!

As this experience is located on a security restricted area of the Falmouth Port..you need physical ID as the guard was difficult about accepting a digital copy copy of an ID. Not very one travels with their passport and not everyone has a driver's license notably young adults and children especially if you are using airbnb accommodation..not a cruise passenger. We went on Sunday so all the other shops were closed and Falmouth is very very dormant on a Sunday meaning there wasn't anything else in the area. Marta was a really friendly host and took us through the experience and as it was just the myself and my daughter the experience was even more personal. Jamaican cocoa beans used to make Jamaican Chocolate in a Jamaican Factory will always be a win win experience...especially...our purchase of the curry goat Chocolate bar ...yes curry goat.....

Marta and Nick made this experience very seamless to organize! My family did the Don't be a Wonka experience with Marta and had a fabulous time! She was fun and lively, very knowledgeable and made them feel so special, especially since my mom was celebrating a milestone birthday! They had a wonderful time making chocolate, and learning about the process, and were especially intrigued by one specific chocolate flavour but experience it for yourself, it's really great! Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I had an excellent and memorable experience at One One Cacao! Nick is so deeply passionate and knowledgeable about this work and the history of cacao in Jamaica. The tour feels very personal and informative. Of course, the artisanal chocolate is absolutely delicious and clearly made thoughtfully and with love. The sorrel chocolate was my personal favorite and the cocoa tea is also wonderfully spiced. Booking and the logistics were easeful. I would highly recommend this experience to any chocolate lovers!
