My wife and I tremendously enjoyed the focaccia preparation experience with Luca. I’ll say it upfront – do not miss it. Luca is an extremely nice person and a great instructor – he knows how to make focaccia, a recipe he was taught by his grandmother. His home is very beautiful and you will feel like the honored guest there. The food and wine he prepared to accompany the focaccia was all wonderful. The focaccia was truly exceptional. We can’t wait to make it at home for friends.
Like most of these experiences whether it’s cooking or tasting in Italy, the highlight is sharing a little time with a local Italian. Getting to know Luca was worth the cost, the focaccia is a bonus. Don’t miss it.

I absolutely loved learning to make focaccia.
Luca is a very warm and engaging and an excellent cooking teacher. He explains things clearly in very good English. During the class we also talked a lot about contemporary life in Italy… this was very interesting and an unexpected highlight of my day.
The kitchen is new, very clean and beautifully set up with plenty of space.
Luca was very generous, supplying meat and cheese platter, tremazinno and glass of Prosecco with the focaccia ( delicious!) for lunch.
I also bought some focaccia back to my accommodation to share with friends.
I am pretty confident I will be able to follow the instruction sheet and make a good focaccia when I return home.
And I hope to return one day and learn how to make troccoli pasta with Luca.
I also had a look at the new 2 bedroom air bnb apartment… stylish and great facilities.

wow.. this experience was exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for. A local sharing his culture and cooking. You can tell how special this recipe is to him. We spent 3 hours in good company, home, and food. We had a local Prosecco, local cheese and meats. The food was fresh and delicious. We got a printed and laminated copy of the recipe to take home. Thank you so much Luca, you made our trip special.
