Quiet and safe location. Cozy bed! You'll love staying here!

I've extended my stay here once, and will probably do so again. Fire refugee. so it's been nice being centrally located in Santa Monica while I get my affairs in order. A Spartan layout, but comfortable and efficient. Nice to have a back yard, too.

This place has clearly been built for the sole purpose of making profit with no consideration of actually living here. Build quality of the house is terrible. Images do not at all match the place! Furniture is completely different to what's in the pictures, cheap and low quality. Plug sockets are loose to the extent that you can't plug something in without it falling out. Both showers broken and not fixed after asking. Neighbors are very noisy and frequently have parties after midnight on weekdays. We left early because of these problems. A fair price would be closer to $2k per month, current price is a scam.
