The host is not responsive, we tried to chat but no reply. We called the host, but the number is for Zen rooms international and they directed us to apartment's number. Once we found apartment's staff we were directed to OYO's office. BE AWARE this room is not managed by the host himself, but by OYO. Terrible service! Terrible place! Dissapointed. I checked in only for 5 minutes than checked out immediately. Extremely not comfortable place! So much different than the picture! The entire apartment building smells not good. The lift is unstable and trembling. The room is too empty. The bed still have plastic cover underneath. The bathroom's exhaust sounds like a diesel engine from Izuzu Panther.
