L authenticité des Laurentides avec un magnifique marché à Val David

Lovely inn; really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend.

The micro brasserie has good food for reasonable prices. Not a huge menu, but what is there, they do well. The room was basic in its provisions and dated in its decor . The bed was comfortable (Jabak room). The bathroom was small and clean. It needed some thorough cleaning of the grout and corners. The property is for sale. Perhaps that is the reason for the dated tired feeling of the property.

The micro brewery below provides solid food and great beers. Check-in was easy and they provided a secure place to keep our bikes. The decor is dated but the rooms had a coffee maker and shared fridge in the common space. There is a retro-hostel vibe to the place . It is beside the river for a nice walk and is an easy walk to the main section of Val David. Our bed was comfortable, but the couple we travelled with mentioned that their bed was noisy and felt lumpy (in l’octhopus room)
