Great classic single family cottage in a prime location. The large two car parking was a lifesaver because the area was extremely busy and the street parking was always taken. We parked our cars and didn't use them the entire time. Everything we needed was within walking/biking distance. The interior was bigger in person, comfortable, clean and tastefully done. Beautiful high ceilings with wood beams. We spent many hours relaxing on the patio and used the retractable awning daily. There's plenty of storage space in the bedrooms/ kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The home is stocked with all the basics and some extras. The host communicated well and was very accommodating to my check in request. Wonderful to have air conditioning, beach chairs, beach toys and a washer/dryer. I've stayed at many Newport rentals that don't provide those things. We even enjoyed some rounds of Ms. Pacman on their fun retro arcade table. Would love to stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Newport Beach! The hosts were so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The home had a great outdoor patio and all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. We loved having the designated parking and not having to look for a spots on the street. We would highly recommend this beautiful cottage and can’t wait to come back!

My family loved staying at this house. The location is outstanding. Everything in the house was so detailed and well thought out. This is a great place to stay if you have kids. The central AC was fantastic to have in August. Dan was super responsive to all of our needs. We will absolutely be staying here again!
