2017. júliusYour roommate will be Ryan, a friendly, conversational guy who gives you plenty of space and privacy. Your second roommate will be Fido, a black lady cat who's full of personality and takes to you immediately.
The space is great. The entryway and kitchen have towering ceilings and shiny hardwood flooring. The room itself is the only room on that level, with a sliding glass door to keep in the AC and keep out all noise. The room has a private shower and toilet attached. You will have a full closet for your things. The room has one window which faces east, so you'll see some incredible sunrises over the CBD. The room gets good light all day long. You really couldn't ask for a better set-up.
You will have access to a full kitchen and space in the fridge. If you have a bike, there's an area to store it while you stay. Street-parking is always available. Location-wise, it's right by St. Charles, so the streetcar can take you Uptown or right to the Quarter. Magazine and Freret are both within walking distance, so you'll have access to trendy bars and cafes tourists don't frequent.
I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about this place. This was my first AirBNB experience, and Bazil and Ryan made it absolutely stellar. Thanks, guys!

2016. májusBrazil and her roommate Ryan were super nice; although, most of the time it was like having a private apartment rather than just a room, as Bazil was away and Ryan worked. The room had nice, bright east facing windows and the bed was super comfy. The apartment is super cute, clean, and stylish. It is a few blocks from the garden district, the streetcar, a grocery store, and some great restaurants. Plus, it came with a wonderful cat who would keep you company if you scratched his ears...

2016. márciusWe loved staying at Bazil's. Thanks to her, we learned about a local parade/street party that was a blast. Her apartment is filled with cool artwork and thoughtful touches, like a basket stocked with guides, maps, and even a rain poncho. The apartment was also conveniently located, close to the St Charles line and Garden District. Thanks, Bazil!
