Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house.

We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both.

What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one.

The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat.

Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.
