Great place, very close to Ashvem beach. Also a quiet location. Good for a stay of 3-4 people. Parking space is also available, although it might be in open. My only issue was with a fan making noise, everything else was great.

The listing has two rooms, but the air conditioning is only in one, which is something to consider during warmer weather. For drinking water, a large 20-liter bottle with a manual pump was provided. This was a bit difficult for my elderly parents to use, and a simpler dispenser or a water filter could be a great improvement.

We were also under the impression that services like Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit were available, but we found they didn't deliver to the area. The TV also didn't have any subscribed channels. These weren't major issues, but updating the listing details could help manage expectations for future guests. A small suggestion would be to provide separate hand soap for the bathroom.

For airport travel, we found that using the Goamiles app was a more economical choice.(1500 rs was said by owner, Goamiles we went for 1000)
