Our hosts were very knowledgeable and fun. Meeting all the animals was great. The hike itself was awesome. Once in a lifetime opportunity. The goats were hilarious by just being themselves. The trail was gorgeous, lots of leaves which the goats enjoyed immensely. The cookies and fredh goatmilk at the end of our hike was the icing on top. I highly recommend this Hike with goats.

Super nice people with some very adorable and friendly goats!

There are barely words to describe how amazing this stay is! My grandchildren woke up every day and ran around the yard in safety and peace. The golden leaves from the tall trees surrounding the yard showered us with their magic when the wind blew through them!
The farm is a lovely and short walk through the woods, easily marked by a stone wall. The goats greet you as you approach, the chickens and turkeys chatter their “ hellos.”

We made a fire in the farm’s firepit and watched the sparks rise to the sky only to see them become stars.
The entire stay is magical, homey and peaceful— Worth Every Penny!!

Goat milk, cheese and yogurt were already stocked when we arrived and delicious!

The goat walk with Karl at Ten Apple Farm was a wonderful experience. I’ve lived in Maine for 30 years and am always trying to find something new and different to do with my sister when she comes for her annual visit. She proclaimed the goat walk to be the best outing I’ve ever arranged, and I agree!
Karl is extremely knowledgeable about goats, and freely shared his enthusiasm and love for these animals. During the hike we got to know many of the goats by name and were able to observe their various personalities. The woods and meadows we hiked through were beautiful, and the goats were very entertaining companions. I highly recommend this experience!
