Teresa was very friendly and quick to respond anytime I contacted her. Her place was just as described…all amenities and then some were provided (including a basket of Keurig coffee pods:) The location was amazing…literally a 2-3 min walk to the beach and several main bus stops. There is a little market attached to the apartment building which sells all the basics you might need in a pinch. As this rental is for 30+ days, I did have a Walmart order delivered for additional items I needed which was very convenient and cost effective (although I do support local, independent businesses as much as possible). As a single, female traveler I always felt safe and the pool was nice to have. It’s only a 10 min walk to many attractions including the Zoo, Aquarium, International Marketplace, Target and a quick bus ride to the Diamond Head Crater; of which, I’d also recommend visiting the KCC Farmer’s market on a Saturday.
