My stay at this place made me feel I need to buy one for myself :), and here is why. Great location, in short distance from restaurants and shops, right on a beach. Nice well maintained interior in the common areas and thoughtfully designed unit inside. 41st floor with awe view of the ocean and the City. Convenient 24/7 valet parking. Provision of fresh beach towels anytime you go on a beach or pool, making it easy to enjoy the beach and inclusion of sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach added touch of luxury to our stay. Beach had a pier for fishing, bar, jetski for rent and free yoga few times a week in the morning. Tenant screening is required by HOA, so make sure you start it right away. Feels as a pain at first, but than you realize that your family is totally safe, because no stranger-danger is around. Really private and secured environment, nice people and service.....I would recommend it, no question ask...
