La casa es hermosa! Aseada, ordenada y espaciosa. Iluminación natural de día y luz cálida de noche. La camas muy cómodas, ambos cuartos con vistas a lago. El lugar es tranquilo lo cual permite escuchar la naturaleza y la lluvia.

Lo único que recomendaría es poner cortinas en las ventanas del baño para mayor privacidad.

Algo importante, esque la ubicación está a 2 horas de Panajachel, la carretera muy buena y señalizada solo que por momentos si tiene curvas pronunciadas y partes de terrasería que es recomendable ir en un carro 4x4!

Y nada más, saber que puedes encontrar insectos y arañas, lo cual es normal en este tipo de ecosistemas.

Our stay at Casa Girasol was amazing! The home is so beautiful and charming, like a dream treehouse. The energy felt very warm and authentic. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle never got old, we loved spending our time enjoying the balcony and front porch. The bedrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was easy to use and maintain. The trees and garden surrounding the home were nice to explore. It was a fairly easy and short walk to and from Gaia Dance temple. Only thing is there were frequently neighbors and workers walking through the property though so be mindful of that when it comes to privacy and security. Would absolutely recommend a stay here to anyone who finds themselves in Tzununa.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable house. Views of the volcano are incredible, especially from the upper deck. Jessi was perhaps the most helpful and responsive airbnb host I have ever communicated with. It's definitely worth knowing that the nearest place you can buy groceries is the next town over, San Marcos, but if you're ready for a bit of a rural experience, this house is lovely.
