The Little River Cottage is a special place set in a beautiful bush setting. The river nearby sounds lovely helped us to relax. The cottage has a lovely warm fire and a comfy bed. We got a good nights sleep. We arrived on bikes from Christchurch and had to push our bikes up the steep hill for about the last 3 kms. Also there is no microwave but we heated up our food on top of the barbeque in the pots provided.
