A lot better. Michael and his wife were lovely and very welcoming. It felt like I was received by family. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The house in general is so beautiful and artistic. Highly recommend catching sunrise or sunset from the top floor. The beach is in fact less than a 5 min walk id say. The pets they have are friendly and respectful. They played music throughout the day and I absolutely loved it and the overall energy and experience was very homey! I traveled with my kids(8,10) and they loved it! Michael was very helpful and kind . I had a great time. Area is quiet& the people are friendly. Restaurant, pharmacy, bakery in walking distance. Area is quiet and calm. Great place to connect with nature 🫶🏻 Thank you again! About 20 min from parque Colon and other beaches too!

The place was good for the price. You are at walking distance from the beach, which is mostly peaceful. You found multiple places to eat, but also you could cook your own, they have two stoves outside. I had a good time and experienced. I’m so glad with Michael , he was always around looking for help you.

The place is perfect, pet friendly and the host make you feel like part of the family that came to visit.

Well, yet another successful trip to Villa Marsana! We enjoyed almost 2 full weeks there and it did not disappoint. A huge thanks to Michael and Oxana for local pointers, pancakes, and hospitality! Just left and already looking forward to the next trip!
