This is in a lovely setting. You really need to have a car though, as despite there being bus stop signs, the closest active bus stop is quite a walk away and Sovara is on a small hilltop. This can be problematic if you want a later night out at restaurants or bars and don’t feel like hiking up steep hills late night. Be sure to keep the phone number of the host handy if you need anything. There were posted signs of when reception was open but we did not find anyone at the reception desk. However, she responded well to phone calls. There is a bread service in the morning that you can request-this is quite nice. The unit was clean and quiet, the grounds were lovely and well-kept. If you need a taxi, you must request in advance. Once again, a car is a good idea for this area. The hiking was spectacular and we lucked out with perfect weather. We would definitely come to this area again for the hiking. We did not take advantage of the spa services but I believe they are available.
