Lisa and Warren are warm and welcoming hosts! Super food and conversation topped off with learning more about Warren's art and the Santa Fe arts scene.

What a great experience! Lisa and Warren were so warm and welcoming and from the moment we met, it seemed like we had known each other a long time. Conversation flowed so easily as we discussed art, food, what it's like to live in rural New Mexico, and living the life of creatives. It felt like we could have conversed for days. Watching Warren begin a painting was so interesting, and he was open to any and all questions about his process. His art is highly original, superbly rendered with relatable themes in a unique blend of realism and abstraction. We were very drawn to it as he captures human moments in time and makes you stop and realize the extraordinary in the ordinary. The lunch, prepared lovingly by Lisa, was as good as any fine restaurant with a very tasty variety of choices including some, of course, with New Mexican flair. A bonus for doing this trip was the opportunity to see another part of New Mexico we would not normally have visited, and the drive was easy and scenic from Santa Fe. Lisa and Warren's generous hospitality left us feeling warm and hopeful about humanity, experiencing first hand a couple who care about human connection and offer so much beauty and goodness to the world. If you have the chance to spend time with Lisa and Warren, do it! It was the most memorable thing we did in our entire week in Santa Fe.

Our hosts were very welcoming in their home studio. We felt like we were family. The food was all local and was excellent. The artist description and example of his work was informative and unique. This Santa Fe area art adventure is a must see and experience.
