Es war eine tolle Erfahrung den Anbau und die Herstellung von Olivenöl zu verfolgen. Wir durften die Plantage und auch die Mühle besichtigen. Im Anschluss gab es eine vielfältige Verköstigung der hauseigenen Produkte. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen 😊

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Il Frantoio di Vicopisano! Exploring the olive groves, vineyards, and kiwi orchards was fascinating, and learning about every step of the cold pressing process was so insightful.

The tasting portion was a highlight — sampling high-quality extra virgin olive oils, as well as tasting different aromatic oils that Alessandro makes from fresh herbs, was just perfect. I definitely left with a deeper appreciation for what goes into making great olive oil. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature, food, or simply discovering something beautiful and delicious in Tuscany.

The place is operating their own olive oil mill and right now is the height of the harvest season. So the place was super busy with all the local farmers bringing their olives. So it is a very authentic place to visit. Allesandro did a great job of showing us around and explaining all the details of farming olives, wine and Kiwis
