My stay with my parent in Gianmaria's place is really amazing, I will strongly recomended to my friend. First of all, it is a really well designed flat, each corner of the space is well used, functional and minimal at the same time.Aesthetic for the furniture is extremely well as well. The flat is really clean, and Gianmaria is so easy to reach with phones, he is so patient with questions like directions and even allow me and my parent to stay quite few hours more on the check out day.The flat has nice accoustic quality and lighting.The area is really convenient in terms of transport as well, there is supermarket, restaurants nearby.

Overall, it was really nice experience to stay in this flat and I feel really lucky to find this flat in the decent price.

My trip to this amazing flat in north London started with a mini-crisis: I forgot the keys our host mailed me before our stay (he would be traveling and wasn’t around to hand them off) back at home in Brooklyn. But he connected me with his housekeeper who loaned me her keys. Crisis averted! The flat was wonderful and the neighborhood quiet. We stayed in December but it was toasty and there was black felt thoughtfully placed over the windows so we could sleep in if we so desired. The dishwasher and washing machine came in handy as our stay was about 9 days. Even though it’s London and the building of a certain vintage — rest assured it’s completely remodeled, however — skylights in on the middle level of this three-level space let in generous amounts of light to the living room. If you're a supporter of the Arsenal FC, the flat is super close to the Emirates Stadium. While living next to a 60,000-seat stadium sounds like it might be a headache on match day, the street remains quiet and peaceful. It was surprising to see who quickly things got back to normal post-match. The flat is a pleasant walk to the Arsenal tube stop, which connects you to the Picadilly line, so if you’re coming to or from Heathrow, it’s a long but easy trip to make. I would stay here again.

We were very disapointed. Gianmaria gave us great directions from the airport to the apartment. The location was great, 5 minute walk from the tube, 15 minutes to many attractions. Gianmaria was very nice and informative, the apartment looked pictured as listed There were a few things that were not mentioned that we were unhappy about. The apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes as if smokers lived there. Ashtrays were in the draws so obviously smoking is permited. Also you needed to use a lighter to turn on stove top each use, the bed was very old and creaky, the few towels were very old and worn, no laundry soap, and sheet for futon were to small and did not fit, we had only one set of keys so we had to cut short plans whenever we separated. All in all I would not stay there again.

Gianmaria was a wonderful host to my mother and sister on their visit to London. The flat is impeccably clean, bright and sunny, and beautifully furnished. It is very close to both Highbury & Islington tube and overground and, particularly helpful, less than a 10 minute walk from Holloway Road station on the Piccadilly line. Makes it easy to take one train to and from Heathrow Airport. Gianmaria is a gracious host and I would highly recommend anyone stay here!
