WOW!!! I don't think I can put into words how special this experience was today. Chef Lyn picked me up and we went to the local market. She had me try different foods, explained to me what various items were and how to use them and showed me the local way of buying at the market. In her outdoor kitchen we prepared the dishes that I choose prior to today. We laughed all day! She is the sweetest lady and her English is fantastic!!! She learned from her mother as a child and is now sharing her knowledge with all of us. She has opened two different restaurants in Chiang Mai which she told me about throughout the day. I look forward to trying them! I will definately take her class every time I come to Chiang Mai! Book early!!! If there isa day that you want to take a class and it's full you should try to message her just to make sure. I don't want you to miss out on this opportunity of a lifetime! Enjoy!

Excellent, highly recommended experience! This is the real deal authentic opportunity. I've been cooking Thai for a long time, lived in Chiang Mai for several years enjoying Lanna cuisine, and I learned a ton of new stuff. It's also a fun and interesting day, cooking and chatting with Lyn. I would definitely take more of her classes and hope to be back in the future!
