This experience was truly the highlight of our two-week trip to Italy! Our host was absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable and passionate about the estate, and he gave us such an informative and engaging tour. The cooking class itself was amazing; our chef was so much fun, and the recipe was both delicious and approachable. I can’t wait to make it again at home! It was easily the best meal we had during our entire stay in Italy, and we had the loveliest afternoon with both the host and chef. Couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

The location, the hosts, the food - this entire experience far exceeded our expectations.

To start, Giorgio is a gifted storyteller and he exudes a passion for history and architecture that is contagious and inspiring . I booked a cooking class, but was thoroughly enthralled by the historical house, largely thanks to Giorgio’s detailed and expansive knowledge of its nearly 500 years! Now to the cooking - Maggie is a wonderful teacher with a great sense of humour. She made the class very easy to follow, had lots of great stories to share along the way, and the results were delicious. After cooking, both Giorgio and Maggie were great company at the table - it felt like having lunch with friends and I could have conversed with them all day. The ambiance was almost dreamy.

If you seek an authentic Tuscan experience, don’t walk, run to this one, and don’t skip on their amazing olive oil!
