Great place, great view, lovely hot jacuzzi

Amazing villa in the heart of Orient Bay! Our family of six (with two young kids) loved the pool, the lush garden full of plants and birds, and the comfy, well-equipped house. We ate most of our meals outside on the patio—such a perfect spot to relax (a few more lounge chairs would be great, but no big deal). The location is fantastic, close to beaches and great restaurants, and the gated community felt very safe and peaceful. Dominique was very welcoming and responsive during our stay. A magical island and a wonderful stay—we can’t wait to come back!

I visited Saint Martin for the first time and completely fell in love — not just with Orient Bay, but with this beautiful, character-filled villa. It’s not modern, but that’s exactly what makes it special. The space is full of warmth, color, and Caribbean soul. It felt more like staying in a real home than a rental. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the private pool became my daily sanctuary, surrounded by palms and perfect for relaxing after the beach.
Orient Bay itself is stunning — soft sand, clear water, and a relaxed, European vibe. Orient Village is just minutes away, full of amazing restaurants and friendly locals.
What truly made the stay exceptional was Dominique, the villa manager. He was kind, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I came looking for rest and left already dreaming of coming back. This villa — and this place — have my heart.

Absolutely a beautiful home! In a safe, lovely neighborhood. Plenty of room inside, and gorgeous outside space. Short walk to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Pool and hot tub are spotless and very well maintained. Dominique (caretaker) communicated with us before arrival and was waiting for us when we got to the home. He showed us around, answered all our questions, and gave us great recommendations. Made sure we knew to contact him right away with any issues. He was so friendly!
