A really great experience! Gabriele is clam and really laid back and made us feel quite comfortable as soon as we got there. His English is quite good and he is a very knowledgeable cook. He also has a great sense of humor. It wasn't just a cooking experience, but a cultural experience as well. He took keen interest in what we had to say and asked many questions of us as well. We even got to try pizza that was made from the cooking experience prior to ours. The risotto we made came out great and we learned a lot. We left with very full bellies! Gabriele also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We left feeling like we made a friend. Couldn't recommend this experience more!

Had an amazing time with Gabriele! He specially accommodated me due to a time constraint. We learned so much and he’s a master at his craft. His whole family cooks and he has been cooking since he was young. If you don’t think you’re a great cook - he will truly make you feel accomplished. We made pizza from scratch with fresh yeast and a Saffron Risotto. We got to try new wines and enjoy a wonder time together. If you have time - PLEASE GO!
