Kevin & I have lived on this wonderful piece of land for sixteen years. Kevin is a retired builder/contractor and spends his days, fixing things, mowing, fishing, visiting his granddaughters and tending to the songbirds, flock of chickens and cats at our place. I am a plant nut and spend my time tending to the abundant wild gardens on the property and adding to my line of botanical illustrations for the Leafy Lexicon. I also enjoy playing music and dabble in cello, fiddle, jazz piano and tenor guitar.

Words and photos will fail to capture the beauty of this cottage, but alas they will each come close!

Each corner was artfully appointed and the vignettes of plant and animal life out each window offered endless delight no matter the weather. The breezes, the essential oils, the cozy couches and gorgeous piano, oh my!

A contender for favorite of all my Airbnb stays throughout my tenure using this service. I hope to be back again!

Leslie and Keith’s place is a balm to our family spirits. We keep coming back to it because we love it! The location is close enough to towns and events we plan when visiting yet also a peaceful countryside experience. Best of both worlds! The house is stocked with more amenities than you would think you’d need, and directions are clear and kind. Feeding the farm life is a fun bonus!! Leslie is a joy to work with. We look forward to coming back again and again.
