We had a great stay! Very large and comfortable home

This home was perfect for my girl’s weekend getaway! One thing to note is that the neighborhood is not amenable to a space like this. We received a noise complaint at 8:45pm on a Saturday night when it was just 8 girls talking in the jacuzzi. If you have a larger guest count or if you plan to use the backyard any time after sunset, this place is not for you!

This was a beautiful home and pool. However, being told about added fees just a few days before check-in was not a good start. Charging $45 to heat the hot tub and $175 for the pool PER DAY and $100 for a dog seems extreme. If you advertise an amenity, you shouldn’t be charged to use it. Also, when we arrived, there were nails sticking out of kitchen floor with a paper bowl used to cover it up and plywood covering half the kitchen cabinets. They had a leak before we arrived. However, this was something that should have been disclosed to us before arriving. When you pay over $1000 a night, you expect the home to be just as the pictures show. Also, the “extra” propane tank was empty.
The layout of the house was a bit awkward. There was a bed inside the master closet and the master room shared a Jack/Jill bathroom with another room. Not much privacy. However, Casey was very responsive the entire time we were there and tried her best to fix our issues. Great hosts!!

The property is 5 star but management made it feel like less. When we arrived on Sunday, the outside trash bins were full until they got picked up on Friday. The hot tub had a ring of dirt around it and the water was green. The turf in the back stunk like fishy dog waste. Some appliances didn't work properly: the grill, coffee maker, toaster. The property layout is great and being able to accommodate so many people is great too. management just needs to make some adjustments. Another issue for us was privacy. Maintenance people showed up 4 different times during our stay. the first person dropped off new pool chairs, next was an emergency pool maintenance because they couldn't get the pool heater working, then landscapers running loud trimming equipment, finally the regular pool guy.y family had a great stay, but as the person who organized it I was disappointed in their experience. also be aware it cost $250 a day to heat the pool.
