I've stayed here twice in 12 months. The house is clean, secure, and the other guests have been friendly. Good location close to many amenities (the open air gym at the Stadium, metro station, many restaurants/bars, ATMs, a modern grocery store, as well as plaza de mercado la america (a semi open air traditional market), a language school next door, many dance schools, as well as quieter tree lined streets.) Both times I've stayed here I've ran into other guests who have stayed here multiple times as well.
