2024. decemberA very interesting and different way to learn about the history of Rome. As you walk through some monuments and places, Matteo tells you the history of the different layers of the city and what each of it represents in the period of time. Matteo is an historian and archaelogist and it’s passionate about it so you get a tour with a someone that actually works and knows about the city. Great tour highly recommended.

2024. októberIncredible tour from a passionate guide. Matteo taught us more in this tour than I’ve ever learnt about Rome and Italy in general. Learning about the history of Rome from an archeologist meant we gained an understanding of how Rome came to be the way it is now over eras despite misconceptions and assumptions we might have had. He has changed the way that we have experienced and thought about Italy and its history. He was also a lovely, welcoming, patient and generous guide. We had fun and would honestly do any tour he offered if possible. Don’t bother with audio guides and huge overpriced tours, do this one.
