I lived at Bo’s place for TWO YEARS and had a great experience. I’m from France and stayed here during my 2 years work contract in Boston. Renting long-term here wasn’t more expensive than a regular lease and came with many perks. The apartment, shared with three others, is very spacious, especially the kitchen and living room. The pink walls create a warm, cozy vibe. It’s on the third floor of a beautiful house—the prettiest on the street to my opinion. The garden is always lovely and well-kept. Bo is attentive and always ready to help. He also finds great roommates; after two years, I’m still friends with many of them. The mix of international people made it even better. Having a washer and dryer inside is super convenient. Bo provides detergent, soap, and toilet paper, and even takes care of the trash, which makes life much easier. I 100% recommend this place. Really loved staying in Bo’s Airbnb! I stayed for about 3 months and during that time, Bo’s always been helpful and responsive to my concerns/requests. There’s also a LOT to do in the area, including walking around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, the Brighton Public Library, cafes/restos, etc. The bus stop and green line are also within walking distance of the house so it’s easy to get to other places like Harvard Square and Boston area. Would def recommend living here!

Overall, I had a good stay. I was only in town for a few months, so my stay with Bo functioned like a short term lease. The room was as advertised, the location was in a quieter suburb of Boston, and the space was clean.
