My biggest worry was the space, but it's big enough for one person. Location is great, in close proximity of a bus stop and a few minutes away from the subway station. Lots to do around, since it's located right next to the Hongdae market street. Plenty of restaurants, nightlife and stores. The place is located on the first floor without an elevator, which wasn't a problem for me. Windows do have insect nets. AC was working well. Place was relatively clean, except for a few hairs I found. Kitchen is equipped enough for one person, but perhaps the addition of a microwave would be a welcome one. The host responded to most of my requests in a timely fashion and had no problems communicating. I had a great stay and would consider this place again as it offers great value for its price.

Pretty small and simple room, just nice for one person. Has everything you need, including a little kitchen and a washing machine. Host was very responsive and helpful, and provided very clear directions to get to the room. Just be careful if you’re handling big/heavy baggage as the the stairway to the room is quite narrow.

잘 묵었습니다! 머리 감을 공간이나 노트북 잠시 이용할 수 있는 공간, 그리고 잠 잘 공간만 있으면 사실 충분했는데 생각했던 공간보다 공간이 좀 더 있었어요 화장실이 매우 작은 건 아쉬웠지만 볼일 보고 머리만 감을 수 있는 공간이면 충분했어서...ㅎㅎ 혼자 이용한다면 가격대비 훌륭한 곳이라고 봅니다. 아주 잘 이용했어요.
