I am a retired environmental engineer (Michigan Tech alumni) and enjoy spending my days working on Apple Acres Farm, our small-scale, off-grid regenerative farm established in 2020. When I am not tending to our free-range chickens or bee hives I can be found in one of our gardens, wild foraging, or dreaming up our next farm project.
