everything was amazing

Everything was perfect! I was assisted by co-hosts for the whole process, quick response and the place was awesome! Highly recommend!

Tv remote didn’t work,multiple lamps didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t work. Bugs every night. Paper thin walls I could hear everything. The hotel is uninviting. Plexi glass barrier at the check in counter. Dimly lit halls. Certain amenities such as the game room had the doors zip tied shut. I wish I were making this up. I am a 25 y/o dude and can rough it and am not high maintenance. I’m just blown away that I paid money for this. Literally something out of a comedy movie. I will never forget this experience. Absolutely terrible

The host(s) were very responsive with any questions I had. The resort was beautiful and well kept. Nice area with plenty of security, restaurants and activities.
