This experience is worth trying, the market experience and salsa experience really brought us into the culture vibe of Mexican City. Pame is a really cute and helpful chef, she is really knowledgeable and clear about what everybody should do in every steps. Strongly recommend this class!

We got a demo of what to do and each of the participants had an assessment in preparationand cooking. It was great bonding activity, and I came alone. It was super fun and the meal was exquisite. I learned a lot about techniques in preparation and of the culture. I highly recommend this, and will be doing this again next time!

Everything about the class was perfect. The location is a beautifully decorated historic home with gorgeous spaces for cooking and eating. It was such a delight to spend time in and it made for amazing photos.

The class was thoughtfully designed with an introduction to the ingredients, an outing through a lovely square to the market, sampling of market foods, and then the cooking and eating. So much learning and beautiful experiences were packed into the four hours!

The class taught my 13 and 16 year old kids (and I) so much about traditional cooking and really enhanced our appreciation of Mexican cuisine. This activity is really an essential part of a visit to Mexico City, where so much of the experience involves great food!

We loved the class! It was informative, fun, and mostly importantly delicious.
