Katja and her mom were the most fun dinner companions! They were super warm and hospitable, and made us feel comfortable right away. Their food was the best. We went home super full!

My companion and myself went to Katia’s to discover traditional greek food. To be honest, as a shy person, I was a bit lost but i didn’t have time to feel shy. Rania took us in like family and with Katia cooked for us amazing greek dishes. Since I am vegetarian, she prepared a great fish dish especially for me, which was so delicious.
We had a great time eating, talking and sharing with people from around the world. We would 100% do it again when we come back to Athens.

This was my best evening in Athens. It was simply amazing! I attended it alone, but the company was very friendly, so I didn't feel left out. Katja and her lovely mother Rania (who kept calling me 'my son' since I was the youngest person in the group) were superb hosts and the dishes they cooked for us were so delicious! We got to try lots of different Greek dishes, and ate until we were so full. Rania eagerly urged us all to eat as much as we could, typical of Greek hospitality.
It was as if we got together as old friends across the world, and as if my grandmother cooked for us. Met lovely people, and left with sweet memories. Would definitely do again if in Athens.
