Nip was a great host. She worked in hospitality and that shows in all the thoughtful touches. There were a lot of prefilled bottles of waters in the room which was very thoughtful. The place has a positive calming vibe. It has a great view of the city and the neighborhood is nice to have short walks.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home in this spacious and comfortable accommodation. The level of comfort and care provided by the host was truly FANTASTIC - far surpassing any of my previous stays elsewhere. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The generosity and attentiveness of the host set a new standard for hospitality, making this experience stand out as the best I've ever had.

Such a wonderful and accommodating host! I book this space for my mom and she took the liberty to show her around the neighborhood and offer her food. I couldn’t be more happy with this place! Beautiful view, too!

I stayed at Niphaphorn's place for a month, this room and bed is
large, her garden was blooming, view from terrace was very nice and kitchen is well stocked!! 1 shared bathroom wasn't a hassle, even though I strongly prefer my own private bathroom. And Niphaphorn was very responsive, welcoming and sharing food and such (at least with me, as I tend to be very warm and sharing too :-). IMO You need a car to stay at this place, parking is on street, but wasn't a big problem.
