My husband is a singer-songwriter, an avid skier, and an outstanding cook. Once our children were grown, we thought we'd rent our "guest" rooms. It's been a wonderful way to make new friends and has grown into a portfolio of properties in Olympic Valley and along Lake Tahoe.
